Refund and Return Policy
At Naturally Radiant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@naturallyradiant.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@naturallyradiant.com.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
